The right side of the building (second Addition) was changed in 1923 by Dan Leeks for Peter Elmendorf. The large store window and door were installed .A General Store and Post Office was run by Peter Elmendorf at that time. Originally this space was built as a Loom room, then in the middle of the 18th century it was changed into a tavern. Then known as the Half Moon Tavern, was run by the Tapster Pietrus Elmendorf.
